One of the most shocking news of all time is that Elon Musk, the founder of Tesla Motors, has filed a lawsuit against the Co-Founder of Twitter, Jack Dorsey, and this could be one of the biggest tech fights to ever happen in the jury.
Musk’s lawsuit demands $44bn to end his deal with Twitter. Moreover, he said that this had been done as the company failed to produce the necessary information required about the fake accounts that have been running on Twitter.
Jack Dorsey Is Summoned By Elon Musk In The Twitter Lawsuit
The lawsuit must be filed by October in the court of Delaware, US. However, the court will give both parties enough time to solve the problems outside the court. And to settle the matter so that both parties can live peacefully.
On the other hand, Twitter has been forcing the world’s richest man, Elon Musk, to buy the social media site, as confirmed earlier in the deal. Moreover, they have been looking to do this to ensure the social media site runs well.
Twitter wants to get Elon Musk on board by giving him the entire social media site at $54.20 per share. However, Elon Musk has been looking for some other options now.
Allegations By Elon Musk
In the lawsuit, the lawyers of Elon Musk have stated that they hope Jack Dorsey will finally come out to support the fact that Twitter has failed to provide all the necessary information that Elon Musk wanted to make this a perfect social media site. 10% of Twitter users are bots, which affects the social media site heavily.
Elon Musk said in July he wanted out of this deal because the company hadn’t met his needs. The company wanted to sue him and was looking for compensation.
However, when Elon Musk alleged the company the false information, the company denied this, and thus, a feud between both the parties started from there, and thus, the matter will now be taken up to the jury.
Jack Dorsey, who stepped down as co-founder, said Elon Musk would make Twitter a powerhouse if he got the deal. Moreover, he was always in support of taking on Twitter.
Currently, the Judge handling the lawsuit, Elon Musk, stated that the trial should begin in October. Mr. Musk’s frivolous lawsuit against Twitter is making the rounds. Not surprising, considering his track record, which proves he is anything but a man with a lot of common sense or integrity, for that matter.
